Verizon just called me -- a free-airtime type call, meaning I won't be charged for daytime minutes, because the call came out of their system.

I'd sorta forgotten that I'd contacted them a little while ago over a mystery charge on my bill in June -- $5.00 twice [once per phone number] for wireless phone insurance, which I'd already been charged for [something like $4.99 or $5.99 and $3. or $4.99 for each phone. I forget].

It took a little explaining to get that across, but the customer service person who called me eventually found it and worked out that there was no reason for me to be charged that extra $10.

So I've got a $10. credit coming up on my next bill. Yay.

If my head didn't hurt, today would be good.
