I went out to get the mail a little bit ago. It was mostly the usual mix of about fifty credit offers from the same company [I really need to look into that optout thing], but there was some interesting stuff.

The other day, I found a bit of onion skin in my Sour Cream and Onion Lays. Who cares, right? I called in anyway, just to see what would happen.

They sent me three freebie coupons, and a big envelope to send the chips back in. Isn't that neat?

I also got something else I was waiting on....

My copy of Cell, from the Stephen King Library. Yay!

...and then there was a letter from Peter Popoff. I'll get to that as soon as I'm done with the last letter.

Good thing I created that new category.

Anyway....

The other day, when I got that new water dish -- -- I also got a kit for growing grass, and one for growing catnip. Yesterday, I noticed there was some grass finally growing in the grass box, so I took pictures.

That picture was from yesterday. You can barely see the little blades of grass. Look at the picture I just took, though....

I bet if I pointed a video camera at it, I could watch it grow. This stuff grows fast.

Still nothing from my catnip, though. I hope I haven't killed it before it could even start growing....
