I was so busy getting bubbles out of my screenguard, I forgot about SpamDay.

Oops.

Actually, wait. Here's some spam. I got it in the real mail.

I have no idea what it's about. I just took a picture of it and tossed it aside, because, well, this:

Not only do I have Netflix, I have Gamefly, just two days [I think] after I signed up. That was, um, Tuesday, right? I forget....

Anyway, looks like the mountains don't get in the way too much, or something. So that's cool.

Also cool. The games are packaged fairly nicely. I was wondering about this, but I couldn't find very many good reviews with pictures. So, here's a picture. There's a Netflixesque paper/plastic hybrid type sleeve inside the cardboard folder thingie [it's two sided], and that's where the disc is.

I shall take more pictures later, when I've rented non-disc based games. Also, more on the games later.

Since I'm getting a Nintendo DS eventually, I need screen protection. I also need something [rather desperately] to protect my phone and my iPod. So, I ordered something. The things in the bubble-wrap are that something.

They're called 'ScreenGuardz'. This is the fold-out-card-case thingie that the iPod nano full-front 'screenguardz' come in -- they also have a 'just the screen' option, but, since I've been looking for something that will protect the wheel as well as the screen...I didn't go for that.

There are all these little instructions on how to put it on. They're somewhat useful, in a suggestive sort of way. It didn't work quite like that for me.

There are fifteen in a pack, plus a 'squeegee' to help you get air bubbles out. The 'squeegee' has some cute little cartoon bubbles on it, and a happy little bit of advice at the bottom.

If I can't remove them, wait 24 hours and the bubbles will disappear.

Magic, or something. Magic.

So, um, lots of bubbles. And a blurry, glare-ey picture. The ones for the iPod aren't 100% perfect -- they're this little square with a cutout, so there's extra bits around the edges.

Since there are fifteen of them, I used two on my Nano, and then cut one in half for the phones.

So, that's why I didn't quite get to the SpamDay. Or something....

No tagstuff.

Where did all the time go? And the first game goes back....
