Things aren't all bad, after all.
It's snowing again, which isn't part of the 'not-all-bad-after-all' thing. That's actually kinda crappy.
What's not-all-bad is that Gremlin just surprised me with a couple of presents. The last-minute sort of presents, but that makes them even better.
See, you may not've noticed, but I've been pretty down all week about not getting the stuff from my parents. I still don't have the stuff from my parents, but I now have a cute little teddy-bear in winter gear [one of those puffy, zip-up coats that actually comes off, a knit cap, some mittens, a turtleneck sweater, and these funny sueded boots, and a fuzzy, funny-haired larger-than-average Ty plush horse. And a holiday-themed bag that's probably going to end up a Zombi-toy whether I like it or not.
It's sorta like the other night, when he brought me hot soup while I was shoveling the path to the street, but in a more lasting, more cuddly and holiday-appropriate sort of way.
There'll be pictures later, when I feel like messing around with Coppermine. I'm tired, my head kinda hurts, and there's shadow-beasties wanting me to stare at them in Twilight Princess.
