A few instances of outstanding customer service.

AtariAge.com

I ordered a part for the [currently unlocated] Atari on the 18th, and the part arrived today.

I also had some problems ordering from them -- the paypal link would fail halfway through. When I sent a message mentioning it, I got a quick response.

Both of these things are fairly impressive, to me.

There's also Aurora Family Cycles, which is a small, family-owned bike store with very reasonable prices on parts [the seat I bought recently was cheaper there than online, which is rare].

The guy who runs the place remembered us from a visit that I barely remember, last year.

I figure they're both worth mentioning, even though one is extremely local. It's always nice when good customer service happens, and people should know that I don't just mention it when it's bad.
