I've spent some time in Kansas City; I've lived in Saint Louis. Those aren't midstate, but they're the only cities to be found in Missouri [though they're also to be found in Kansas and Illinois, respectively]. So, what are we to assume: that this taskforce was developed to combat the raging paederasty endemic to Columbia at the centre of the ShowMe State? What's next: the Flint, Michigan, TaskForce to Combat Desperate Overpopulation? Get a job....
