Some of you might know that name, because you know goochs_dad2001 from yahoo chat.

That very happy dog in the video now has terminal cancer.

I'm not sure what there is to say. Losing a pet is hard. You can't prepare for it, and nothing makes it better. We're all lucky to have the time together that we do, and pets like Gooch are very lucky to have found themselves with owners like goochs_dad2001.
