I don't want to cut out any frames, or make it smaller, so I'm not sure what the options are now. I use www.girfcruncher.com tos hrink my fiel sizes. Soemtiems quality is sacrificed other tiems it's not. I also sue Gif Movie Gera and Animagic before gifcruncher, to give me the least amount of file size.
