I’m in the middle of some more updates, but I just took some time out to watch The Forgotten because it showed up under Starz OnDemand.

I’m sure you probably already figured out what I thought of it just by the title of this post. A further hint would be that I’m following it up with The Village, which was deplorable back when I first downloaded it. That movie was so bad even a low quality cam couldn’t make it seem okay….

I think my problem with The Forgotten is that I’m not entirely sure what just happened. I followed the movie just fine, but I’m not sure how the government, the cops, and a bunch of kids tie in with…was there some sort of government/alien conspiracy?

I feel like I just watched the XFiles — and not one of the good early season episodes. One of those crappy ones where they replaced Scully and Mulder and there was some sort of pregnancy plot device, y’know?

Ugh. The Village is worse than I remembered. Do I really have to get into that? I didn’t think so….
